This work wanted to understand the transformation of the gaze of the creators of the show "Project Bispo: treated as an animal, behave as one", in its trajectory from 2012 to 2015. For that, it was reflected on issues related to the field of Mental Health, especially in what concerns the elaboration of new conceptions about the severe psychic suffering, commonly known as madness.
